The Baby Builders® program is filled with infant exercises to stimulate your baby’s development utilizing tummy time, progressing through crawling and creeping, and concluding with baby walking.

This exciting baby exercise program guides parents through four developmental stages. Stage 1 features exercises building upon detailed instruction for tummy time and head control from the time he is born. Stage 2 moves from tummy time to instruction on building balance for rolling and baby crawling. Stage 3 sets the stage for more advanced baby crawling and strengthening for baby’s walking. The program ends (Stage 4) with teaching on proper technique for teaching baby walking.
